Launched successful business venture
Needed new clients to grow custom website design division for TIDF. Identified and developed relationship with potential clients, made sales presentations to executives and negotiated new customer contracts. Achieved $250K sales increase in first year, doubling sales in the second year.

Built top-notch sales team
TIDF client could not recruit and retain quality sales professionals. Designed and implemented recruitment process to hire top talent. Conducted interviews and selected new representative. Set activity and performance matrix for 30-60-90 days. Salesperson set all time sales records.
